Cut and Swallow

Since returning from barcelona which was absolutely fab! Excluding the journey back of course, quite a bit has happened... well obviously i went back to work, nose to the grindstone etc etc.. but i had a great appointment at hype and had the full works head massage et al! it was lovely! SO much nicer than doing it yourself! The Boss is away since yesterday in Welsh land giving a ignatian spirituality course.. i should be there, but i thought it was all a bit much considering im going away on Sunday again, to Holland via Brussels, for the International Young Leaders network which will be another good experience im sure, and useful in so many ways...might get game of footy while im out there aswell! Maybe that'll be the spur i need to start exercising again and shed the belly! lol



Today has been an extremely slow day... altho i had my nails done this morning... iv just got a bit of a headache and was feeling a bit sickly earlier... v.tired but hopefully ill get over it! Got drama tomorrow with Che Walker again so it should defo be a good one.. looking forward to it! gotta remember to pack in good time this time coz i leave too much to the last minute always! its terrible!! will probably meet liz @ Brussels Midi and catch up with her, I will miss my sweetheart but things will be even better when i get back i hope... more time.. off out tonight i think drink and cinema which will be nice and possibly tomorrow aswell for sum1's b'day.. which will be fun if it happens!! Oh yes! did a photoshoot yesterday for mi mate Dani hence the Cut and Swalllow... thats the name of the label... hehe shes cool, and i think it went well, wore the same dress i wore in the fashion show for jump off, but ill put a pic up wen i get some... in the mean time ill add a couple pics of my past week...
